At Grandma's house

My mom felt bad that we were disinvited to Memorial Day and after assuring her that my kids really weren't that sick, we went to visit for a day.  The kids loved it! We had a hotdog roast and then they rode horses for a very long time the next morning.  I was super embarrassed because my kids sounded way worse those days with their hacking coughs than they had for days before that.  Sigh.  So much for my promises that they weren't that sick.  I'll never be believed again.  It was a really nice visit though.

Memorial Day in the Uintahs

Nicolas and Sebas were sick so we were uninvited to our family's Memorial Day get together. I was pretty sad because I'd felt fairly isolated during the whole corona virus lockdown.  So instead we went on a drive on Mirror Highway from the opposite direction (from Kamas) till the snow stopped us, had a hot dog roast, hiked along the river a bit, and then went to Smith and Morehous Reservoir. It ended up being a great day!
