These posts are all out of order, but on Isabel's birthday we did have her birthday dinner--bacon, eggs and hashbrowns, and cookie icecream sandwiches for dessert.
I hoped she liked her present.
And then we let Lando open his present so he could enjoy it this summer.
For July 4th we headed to Hyrum and watched the parade with Grandma and all the cousins. Then we had a potluck at Mom's house and the kids played in our homemade slip and slide. Then we came home in time to watch the fireworks in Evanston. Good times!
Leo took the kids hiking to Ruth Lake so I could finish my nursing refresher course, which is lame because then when I talked to the WSBN again it didn't count to renew my license anyway. Ruff. Anyway, Leo took some gorgeous photos and I can't wait to go. Despite a few whines beforehand, Leo said they all hiked great and had fun.
