Hail!

We got hailed on and the kids were so excited! That's it, because my camera was out of batteries.  :(  

Christmas in August

Leo and I (especially Leo) were so excited about the kids' Christmas present that we decided to open it early.  YAY!!!  It was a canoe.  And then we went canoeing at Libby Lake.  So beautiful.  Unfortunately Efraim did NOT like his life jacket so I just got to watch from the shore (and then nap in the van--it was COLD!)  But the kids loved it.  And Lando took a "journey" by himself--oops, bad parenting moment, both of us thought he was with the other parent.  Anyway, he was proud of himself that he found his way back.  Umm, yeah.  All in all good times followed by cookies bought on the way home at the craziest store in Saratoga.  It was like the Bean Museum.  Anyway, it was a good early Christmas.  I can't wait to go again.  And I can't believe Leo--he's hooked, he absolutely loves it.  He said it was his favorite Christmas present EVER!

Sunday Afternoon in Saratoga

We took the trailer back to our friends the Fairbanks, finally, so then we spent an hour in Saratoga playing.  It was so relaxing and nice.  Love it!
