We went to the MajestuOSOS light show at the Botanical Gardens during summer break. It's not really Christmasy. Above could be a nativity scene, I think? But we all really enjoyed it. It was a beautiful light show. And a really good night together.
BEE!
Many of the boys loved this snake.
We had to stop at a little kiosk for Sebastian where they were selling plants, including carnivorous plants.
They were projecting a video onto the mist. It was really cool.
This tree was really cool!
Efraim adored the mushroom part.
Pictures just don't really capture the atmosphere and how magical it was walking through here. Felt like I was in Alice in Wonderland.
Of course the archaeology/indigenous art was my favorite.
So we were supposed to be going through all the different biomes in Colombia, and this was the glaciers and they had a snow machine going that you walked through at the beginning.
Afterwards, while waiting for the uber, we got Mango Biche and some corn. Mango Biche is probably one of my favorite things in Colombia.
We never tried meat street food, because we're cowardly and spent enough time sick as it was.
The mango biche spiralizer.
