A Silly Dumb Blonde Quandary

This is completely dumb, but today I was at the store getting new shampoo and conditioner and while my usual cheap choice is Garnier Fructis and I had picked out a new kind of that, when I noticed a new Suave line. Well, I don't know how new, because my previous gigantic-sized container lasted a long time. Anyway, it's called Suave Professionals and supposedly they're as good as Redken, Matrix, Nexxus, and other really nice products which I only look longingly at during my shopping visits to the hair care aisle. (I love showering at my mom's house because then I can use her really nice shampoo and conditioner.) So then I was stuck with deciding if I should choose the Damage Control one that's supposedly like Redken, or the Volumizing like Matrix, or the Color Care like Biolage (I think my mom's is Biolage) or the Vibrant Shine like Sebastian (never heard of that one). So many choices that have potential if they actually live up to their advertising. I finally decided on Vibrant Blonde that's apparently the same as TIGI Dumb Blonde. Now maybe I'm being a dumb blonde by getting so excited about this, but really a two dollar shampoo that's as nice as the twenty dollar shampoo, I mean really, how could you not love that???!??

Finally!!!!

Ana's adoption finally went through today. IT'S OFFICIAL--she's stuck with us!!! Hee. Hee. I know that last time I wrote it was going through on the 8th of July. We actually had the temple scheduled for a sealing and everything in Utah. But it didn't. Because of a judge that was pathetic. I never wrote about it before because I was pretty upset. But all's good now and life is dandy.

Sorry.

I know I haven't written on here for a long, long time. This was partly due to being in Utah for three weeks and partly due to the fact that I'm pregnant, nauseated and lack energy to do anything more than throw a meal together for my children. We've been having Ramen noodles and macaroni and cheese a lot. I've lost ten pounds but only threw up twice, so I guess it wasn't so bad. I've also potty-trained Elena and have been trying to convince Ana that she can eat without having food from ear to ear (I bribed her with a Twix-mostly I was just tired of reminding her to wash her face after every meal.) Anyway, I think I'm on the upswing now, I don't feel as nauseous as often and I've had a little more energy. So while I don't suggest you expect grand postings anytime soon, hopefully I will manage a few sentences more frequently. Happy August 14th!
