Sep 23, 2023: Nature Walk with Joventud de la Iglesia

The YM/YW from our barrio went on hike to a nature sanctuary.  Isabel said what she remembers the most is that I bought them Takis (from here) and they weren't at all as spicy as the US Takis.  😂 

Sebastian remembers Daniel translating for them and Maritza (their leader) was like, "Mira, hay patos!"  and then Daniel translated, "Look, there's crocodiles!" 

They also remembered they were eating the fruit straight from the trees.

They said they all made completos (hotdogs with everything on them) but I had sent a different lunch with my kids (because that's what I understood) and so they were sad because Elena and Isabel didn't eat the completes.  But Sebastian ate his lunch and then their lunch.  Basically Sebastian has an empty leg as this point in his life.
